Anil Kumar, hailing from a middle-class background, has an impressive academic journey. Holding an MBA and a Master of Arts degree, he recently achieved the distinguished title of Doctor of Philosophy in Management from KEISIE INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY in South Korea. In addition, he was honored with an Honorary Doctoral award from the Confederation of International Accreditation Commission (CIAC).
Today, Anil Kumar serves as the CEO and Chairman of Ankita Group of Companies, a prominent player in the international trading and manufacturing sector. The company specializes in a wide range of products, including Agro, Healthcare, and Grocery items.
The seeds of his entrepreneurial journey were sown in 1988, with minimal financial backing. Initially, he ventured into the healthcare domain under the name Healthmax Pharma. However, a pivotal moment occurred when Mr. Anil Kumar embarked on a business exploration to various African countries. Securing an initial export order of $5000 for groceries, this journey marked a significant turning point in his professional career. Today, the company has a substantial presence across more than fifteen Asian, African, Eastern European, and CIS countries.
With a well-defined vision and an ambitious drive to explore new global markets, Anil Kumar aspires to achieve the pinnacle of success in the business world. His primary goals include earning substantial foreign currency for India and creating enhanced employment opportunities for the youth. Under his dynamic leadership, Ankita Group of Companies is poised to achieve a remarkable turnover of $100 million in the current financial year.
In addition to his impressive business accomplishments, Anil Kumar wears multiple hats with grace. He runs an NGO called the Maheshwar Laxmi Memorial Foundation, dedicated to empowering Indian women through education and skill training. The foundation also extends support to war widows, disabled and retired defense personnel, and their dependents, helping with resettlement and providing access to government schemes. These philanthropic efforts reflect his commitment to making a positive impact on society.
